Install Calendar Sync from the monday.com Marketplace. Connect your Google account with one click via OAuth.

Pick a calendar & map columns

Choose which Google Calendar to sync to. Map your monday.com columns to event fields — title, dates, description, location, attendees, color.

All existing items sync immediately. From now on, every board change is pushed to Google Calendar within seconds. Fully automatic.

Flexible column mapping

Map any monday.com column to Google Calendar event fields. Use item names, text columns, or templates with {Column Title} placeholders for the event title.

Smart filters

Sync only what matters. Filter by group, status column value, or person assignment. Items that no longer match are automatically removed from your calendar.

All-day and timed events

Date columns without a time create all-day events. Add a time component and they become timed events. Timeline columns produce date-range events.

Attendee mapping

Map a People or Email column to event attendees. People column values are resolved to their email addresses automatically via the monday.com API.

Status-based colors

Map a Status column to Google Calendar event colors. Each status label gets its own color, making it easy to spot event types at a glance.

Event link writeback

Optionally write the Google Calendar event link back to a monday.com column. One click to jump from your board to the calendar event.

Secure by default

OAuth 2.0 for both monday.com and Google. Tokens encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM. HMAC-verified webhooks. SSL everywhere. Data deleted on uninstall.
